ACTE NECESARE PENTRU OBTINEREA PLACUTELOR CU MASE SI DIMENSIUNI 


Pentru obitnerea placutelor cu mase si dimensiuni sunt necesare urmatoarele acte :



Daca autocamionul este dotat cu dispozitiv de tractare :

- CERERE TIP ( se gaseste la RAR )
- CIV in COPIE si ORIGINAL
- COPIE BULETIN DELEGAT

Daca autocamionul NU este dotat cu dispozitiv de tractare :


- DECLARATIE pe propria raspundere cum ca acel autocamion nu este dotat cu dispozitiv de tractare
- CERERE TIP ( se gaseste la RAR )
- CIV in COPIE si ORIGINAL
- COPIE BULETIN DELEGAT
